Oops. Almost missed one.

Had a last-minute add to the Acknowledgments list—not an afterthought by any means, just an oversight. Luckily, the galley hadn't been approved yet, and the change won't be a problem.

Later on I got a call from Bret, the editor, who asked if I'd found any other mistakes. I said no, he said he hadn't either, which we both agreed probably meant the thing was riddled with them.
