Block and tackle.

Got a look at the initial book block for the novel. And, frankly, I was a little disappointed. The text itself looked fine (Bookman Light, for those of you playing along at home) but some of the layout decisions weren't what I'd hoped. Fortunately, though, the folks at TPress are very accommodating and open to suggestion, though I wonder if they know what they're in for, dealing with an author who's also a professional graphic designer.

I shall do my best not to be too demanding, though. So long as I get everything exactly the way I want it.
